Eligibility for Returns Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original product packaging. Exclusions: Engraved, embossed, personalized, special order, or made-to-order creations are not eligible for return. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Refund Process If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
Create a Return Order Contact our customer service team or initiate the return request on our website.
Item Collection Our shipping partner will schedule a pickup and collect the returned item(s) from your address.
Refund Processing -For Online Payments: Refunds for payments made through the website will be processed within 15 to 30 business days after the return is confirmed. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method. -For Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD payments will also take 15 to 30 business days. The amount will be transferred to your bank account or through the agreed refund method. -Bank Processing Times: Please note that the time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank’s processing timeline. -Additional Terms Refund timelines depend on our shipping and financial partners, as well as your bank’s processing times. Returns initiated outside the 14-day period will not be accepted.
